- Email address and account credentials when you sign up
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

We use your data to:
- Generate incident reports using AI
- Provide and improve our service

- Send product updates (with your consent)
4. Data Retention & Ephemeral Processing
Your incident logs are processed in-memory and permanently deleted from our servers after report generation. We do not train AI models on your data. We use enterprise-grade APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) with explicit non-retention policies.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption, secure API endpoints, and access controls. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication, and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for analysis. Each partner adheres to GDPR and SOC 2 principles. We do not sell your data.
