ProdRescue AI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services (including incident analysis and, where enabled, deploy notifications and GitHub integrations).
2.Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Incident logs you paste or upload for analysis
- Email address and account credentials when you sign up
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
- Communications with our support team
3.How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Generate incident reports and related outputs using AI
- Provide and improve our service
- Process payments
- Respond to support requests
- Send product updates (with your consent)
4.Data Retention & Anonymized Processing
Your logs are passed through our open-source anonymizer before any AI processing, so personal and sensitive data is redacted up front. We never train AI models on your data, and we use enterprise APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) under explicit no-training and non-retention terms.
If you are signed in, we save the generated report and a copy of the anonymized logs so you can revisit, export, and share your incidents. These are automatically deleted on a plan-based retention schedule — 30 days on Free, 6 months on Pro, and 12 months on Team — and you can delete any incident sooner from your dashboard. Anonymous (not signed-in) analyses are not stored. Backing log files are removed together with the incident they belong to.
5.Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption, secure API endpoints, and access controls. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

6.Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication, and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for analysis. Each partner adheres to GDPR and SOC 2 principles. We do not sell your data.
