ProdRescue AI is a SaaS platform that generates professional incident reports from log data using AI. We offer free and paid plans with varying features and usage limits.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Upload logs containing sensitive data (passwords, API keys) unless properly redacted
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our systems
- Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your input data and generated reports. We retain ownership of our platform, branding, and technology. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.
5. Payment & Refunds
Paid plans are billed per the pricing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Enterprise customers may have custom terms.
6. Disclaimer
Our AI-generated reports are for assistance only. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before sharing with stakeholders. We do not guarantee error-free output.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProdRescue AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
